(New York)(June 11, 2010)  Chicago crime fighter and anti-corruption crusader Andy Martin will hold a New York news conference today, Friday, June 11th to announce that he has launched a “home page” for the “Tea Party Contract with America in 2010:”

“The Tea Party movement in America is an amorphous coming together of American values with values-conscious Americans,” Andy Martin states. “But people love simplicity, directness and compactness. To date, no one has sought to define a 10-point Tea Party Contract with America in 2010. Today we begin that effort with eight suggestions. We are inviting people to submit their own ideas as to what should become a part of a practical 10-point agenda for reform.

 

“I was impressed with the sincerity and energy of Tea Party supporters during the recent Illinois primary. My blogs closely monitor Tea Party activism across the United States. I think it is the very ordinary backgrounds of Tea Party sympathizers that frightens Obama’s media mujahideen. The American people are on the move.

 

“There has been a lot of talk this year about ‘first principles’ and overall Tea Party views. Well, we need to reduce all of these concepts to a working catechism. I think one of the brilliant developments of 1994 was the way the Republican Party’s Contract with America captured the attention of voters during that election.

 

“I am going to concentrate on developing a new 10-part Tea Party Contract with America in 2010,” Martin says. “My personal focus is on a small and specific area of the Tea Party movement. Others are already handling many different aspects of the political process.

 

“Today we launch a home page for the 2010 Contract with America. Today is a starting point, not an ending. Today we begin to refine the views of mainstream Americans as they fight an ongoing battle with liberal media.
